The Siena School for the Liberal Arts offers full-tuition scholarships for Academic and Internship Semester Programs. These scholarships are available on a competitive basis to students enrolled full-time in a U.S. college or university who submit a completed application to the Siena School for Liberal Arts by November 2009.
Purpose
The Siena School for the Liberal Arts scholarship program is designed to unlock the rich intellectual and cultural resources of the Siena community to a select number of highly motivated students interested in studying art, art history, language and linguistics or in pursuing interdisciplinary studies in the humanities. Scholarship recipients will work collaboratively with experienced and talented faculty members from Italy and around the world who provide students with intensive, hands-on learning experiences, help forge meaningful connections with the Siena community, and support students as they work to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Each scholarship will cover full tuition and program costs (€7,700, approximately $11,000). Scholarship recipients are responsible for costs associated with room and board with an Italian family and for Program fees (€4,500 or about $6,400) as well as airfare.
